Analyzers are often installed in cabinets to reduce costs and keep the process sample close to the analyzer. The cabinet is self-supporting and its dimensions will be defined according to the type of application
The frame will consist of a series of standard SS profiles. The structure and panels will be designed to support a minimum load of 120 kg/m2.
The cabinet walls will be made of 1.5 mm thick SS sheet metal, both inside and outside. All walls will be thermally insulated to ensure a minimum fire protection rating of half an hour on the outside.
In addition, the three side walls shall have a thickness of 20-40 mm and a thermal conductivity (K factor) not exceeding 0.25 W/m2. A sun roof complete with SS projections is included. The roof is suspended from the walls by 400 mm or more all around the cabinet.
The floor shall be manufactured and sealed to prevent leaks. The floor surface shall be made of SS316 welded to the structural steel underneath.
The cabinet shall be equipped with one or two non-folding doors, opening outwards, and shall be fitted with locks complete with external handles and airtight neoprene gaskets around the perimeter. The cabinet shall be equipped with an internal and external lamp.

Description
There are two types of product: Junction box for power distribution and Junction box for analog and digital signals with light switch.
All electrical components will be suitable for Safe, ZONE 2 or
ZONE 1 ATEX II 2 or 3G.
Safety system
To prevent the accumulation of dangerous gases, HC or toxic sensors will be installed inside the cabinet.
A control logic will activate an extractor fan when the gas concentration rises to dangerous levels, triggering a
local alarm signal and a remote alarm.
