Whistleblowing
Socrate S.p.A. is sensitive to ethical issues and the proper conduct of its activities. It has implemented internal systems for reporting violations of laws and its Code of Ethics to enable the detection of illegal or irregular activities within the Company. What can you report?
This procedure allows you to report any improper or unlawful conduct by the Company (such as mobbing, violence, harassment, absenteeism, corruption, breach of confidentiality, violations of the code of ethics, and other unlawful acts).
Near misses relating to workplace safety can also be reported on the platform.
Whistleblowing does not therefore concern personal complaints/requests/claims made by the whistleblower. For example, you cannot report a dispute, a failure to promote or a failure to renew a contract.
Who can report?
The procedure is open to anyone who has (or has had) a professional relationship (employment and/or collaboration) with the Company.
Confidentiality
Socrate protects the identity of the person making the report, who is guaranteed complete confidentiality. The channel also allows reports to be made completely anonymously, provided they are detailed and specific.
