Online Raman Gas Analyzer

Hobré PRISM Raman is an online gas analyzer based on Raman spectroscopy, designed to deliver fast, non-destructive and zero-emission compositional analysis directly on the process line. It is capable of simultaneously measuring C1–C5+, H₂, N₂ and CO₂, while also providing key physical parameters such as Heating Value, Wobbe Index, density, compressibility and Cp/Cv ratio.

Thanks to Hobré’s proprietary Raman technology and the HIFISC sampling system, the analyzer operates at process pressure, without the need for pressure reduction or complex sampling systems. The analyzed sample is fully returned to the process, eliminating venting and emissions to atmosphere or flare.

The T90 response time below 10 seconds, the absence of moving parts, and the physical separation between the measurement zone and electronics via fiber optics make PRISM Raman an ideal solution for feed-forward control, high-pressure applications and harsh industrial environments.
