The LaserGas™ III HF portable analyzer is a compact, lightweight, battery-powered instrument ideal for detecting HF leaks.

Thanks to the on-board pump and Teflon tube connections, the target gas is continuously transferred to the internal measuring cell.

The instrument’s low-power design ensures long operating time per battery cycle. The analyzer provides reliable operation with instant response and a dynamic range sufficient to measure HF concentrations from sub-ppm to several hundred ppm.
